Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise that promotes not only strength, tone, and flexibility, but also improves your posture and reduces stress. The Mat Pilates method aims to strengthen your core or “powerhouse”, lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase body awareness. Mat Pilates exercises are based on the resistance provided by your body's weight and gravity, and the workout is performed on the ground using an exercise mat. Please bring your own mat, and water bottle. 8 weeks

In this introduction to musical theatre students will learn all the music, words and a choreographed dance to a number(s) from a huge Broadway show or musical movie. Students will learn how to develop characters and act in short scenes. Costumes and simple sets are part of a small performance for friends and family on the last day of classes.

Restore Your Core (RYC®) is a whole-body method to retrain your core and pelvic floor to be functional, reflexive, responsive and support your body. Learn to uncover everyday compensation patterns and create new ones. This class will work to gain core strength in both women and men, help diastasis recti, understand alignment, improve prolapse symptoms, and decrease back pain. Not only will your child learn very important and crucial basics of the martial arts (which facilitate physical & mental strength, self-confidence, and overall healthier self-esteem,) but you as the parent will learn skills that will help tend to your little child's needs when they have very big feelings. As your toddler learns preschool necessary skillsets, you too learn coping strategies.  You will bond with your child in this class as collectively you and your child learn to self-regulate emotions such as anxiety that may come from situations such as facing challenges that the child may perceive to be difficult and frustrating. You will learn to regulate your emotions and your child will also. Every child will receive a free uniform!

We introduce the simple rules of fair play and the ethics of sport so that kids can have fun and feel safe while they learn to play soccer.

Notes: Parent Participation required for all classes. Registration includes a jersey & ball! Weather Policy: Classes run rain or shine and will only be cancelled due to lightning. If Air Quality reaches 7-10, activities are scaled back, more rest and water breaks will be taken, and low activity games may be offered.
