This program is open to both beginner and intermediate level crocheters. Over 6 weeks our experienced instructor will guide you as you complete your projects, ensuring you gain confidence with each stitch.

Students will complete one to two projects depending on their skill level etc. Project options will be provided.
The following materials are required for class:
  • Yarn: Various colours of cotton, or acrylic yarn
  • Crochet Hook: 3.5mm to 4.0mm (US E-4 to G-6)
  • Scissors
  • Yarn Needle: For weaving in ends
  • Stitch marker (5-10)
Ages 16+ The class size is intentionally small to allow for sufficient time and support from the instructor.

Learn one of the world's most ancient, feminine, and beautiful dance forms in a fun dance class format. During this course, you will shimmy your way through the foundation moves of belly dance. Have fun enhancing femininity while increasing muscle tone, control, and improving flexibility in an enjoyable and inclusive learning environment.

UpBeat Lift is your muscle building class that combines supersets with progressive overload to work your muscles to failure with heavy weights, then to build endurance using drop-sets. Lift is a ZERO impact format that is choreographed and set to fun UpBeat music to keep you motivated throughout the whole class. UpBeat Lift is for all stages of fitness. So grab your weights and a yoga mat and come join me for class! Please bring a yoga mat, 3 sets of weights (3lbs, 5lbs, & 8lbs recommended) and a water bottle. 6 Weeks. Ages 16+

UpBeat Pilates is a high-energy mat class that utilizes traditional Pilates elements and equipment in an UpBeat way. UPP rocks choreographed popular tunes for a core-focused, full body, consistent, and sweaty workout that leaves no muscle behind. Bring a yoga mat and your energy! 6 weeks BONUS: Have kids ages 5–10? Keep them engaged too by registering them for our Creative Adventure class, happening at the same time! It’s the perfect chance to carve out time for yourself while your child enjoys dance, drama, music, and more. Separate registration required.

What is High Fitness? High Fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and the world is taking notice. Think Old School Aerobics meets HIIT training. LMFAO meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. All mashed up into a one-hour, total body workout. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more.

This class offers a gentle, intentional approach to traditional Vinyasa yoga, combining mindful movement with grounding practices. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi looking to slow down and reconnect, this class welcomes all levels. Each session focuses on moving with intention, exploring each pose with curiosity, and finding stillness within the flow. Expect a calming pace, mindful breathing techniques, and a supportive environment that encourages you to listen to your body and nurture your mind. BONUS: Have kids ages 7–11? You can turn the whole family into yogis as we have a BRAND NEW Kids Yoga Class (Young Yogis) taking place at the same time! Separate registration required.
