Jaime Dowling

General Manager

Jaime has been working with Residents Associations for over 8 years and is excited to work with the beautiful community of The Orchards! Originally from Vancouver, Jaime has over 22 years of experience in hospitality and over 15 years of experience as a General Manager. Customer service and collaborating with the community is Jaime’s passion! Please know that Jaime’s office door is always open and she encourages lots of conversation, feedback, and having a pulse on the Orchards community.  In her spare time she loves cooking with her family, reading a good book, socializing with friends and traveling. 

Mah-E

Bookkeeper and Office Manager

Mah-E has been working with the Residents Association since 2017 and has a background in Business Accounting.   She loves travelling and trying new food with her husband and three children.  Passionate about creating memorable experiences for families, Mah-E takes great joy in seeing visitors enjoy the facility’s amenities and events.  She hopes to travel to Turkey one day, especially to see the Cappadocia region and go on a hot air balloon ride. 

Chris

Facilities and Amenities Manager

Chris has been part of The Orchards for a few years and enjoys their role as Facilities and Amenities Manager. With extensive experience maintaining playgrounds, rinks, green spaces, and small venues, they are dedicated to keeping The Orchards’ grounds safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. When not tending to the community, Chris enjoys backcountry hiking and camping, snowbaording, spending time with their three cats—Chi Chi, Brie, and Merlot—and their dog, Hazel, or working on art projects with their wife.

Tasha

Facility Rentals and Events Manager

With a few years under her belt, Tasha loves working at the Orchards in the role of Facility Rentals and Events Manager! With a bachelor’s degree and experience in libraries, archives, and administration, she’s excited to contribute to the warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment at the RA.  When she’s not working, you’ll find Tasha hiking in the backcountry or camping, getting lost in a good book, or cozying up with her three kitties and dog.  If she could have any superpower, it would be to fly.    She looks forward to connecting with the community and helping you bring your exciting events to life! 

Ashley

Program and Events Coordinator

Ashley is a two-time MacEwan graduate of the Paralegal Studies and Human Resources Management programs and considers herself a lifelong learner. Passionate about building relationships and the art of community, Ashley brings a diverse background in community management, human resources management, and customer success. Having mentored entrepreneurs and operated a successful creative experiences company, Ashley brings her programming and event planning expertise to The Orchards and truly enjoys creating memorable moments for the community. Off the clock, Ashley enjoys fitness, soccer, crafting, thrifting, and travelling with her Fiancée.

Lindsay

Farmers' Market Manager and Ambassador

Lindsay is overjoyed to enter her second season as Farmers’ Market Manager at the Orchards Residents Association! Lindsay strives to create a supportive, safe, and engaged community here at the Orchards, and is incredibly excited to see you come to our markets this year! When she isn't working on the Farmers Markets, she's helping everyone in our facility as an Ambassador.  During her free time, she loves playing video games and board games with her pals, baking, attending concerts, and traveling.

Rhett

Maintenance Lead Hand

Rhett has been working in the field for about six years and has a strong passion for mechanics and travelling. One of his biggest dreams is to visit the Netherlands, as his family has roots there.  If he could have any superpower, it would be teleportation—not only for the convenience but also for the thousands it would save on travel expenses!
