Come join the Mathnasium Summer Camps, where children in grades 1 to 8 will experience a week of hands-on activities, games, and STEAM (a lesson that covers one of the core STEAM subjects: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) projects that make learning math both enjoyable and effective!

Your typical day will look like this:

Calling all secret agents! Campers will train like real spies as they complete missions, crack codes, and test their stealth skills. This action-packed week blends teamwork, problem-solving, and high-energy challenges. Ages 6 to 11 years old Registration closes Friday, June 19, at 12:00 PM noon. 

A fan-favourite returns! This week combines hands-on baking with exciting building challenges. Campers will measure, mix, construct, and create as they explore both the kitchen and engineering-style projects. Ages 6 to 11 years old Registration closes Friday, June 26, at 12:00 PM

Ready, set, play! This high-energy week is perfect for active campers who love friendly competition and team games. Each day features new sports, skill drills, and exciting challenges. Ages 6 to 11 years old Registration closes Friday, July 3, at 12:00 PM

Young artists will explore a variety of creative mediums while building their artistic confidence. From painting to mixed media, campers will experiment, design, and showcase their work at the end of the week. Ages 6 to 11 years old Registration closes Friday, July 10, at 12:00 PM

This week is all about adventure, teamwork, and outdoor exploration! Campers will test their survival skills, build confidence, and take on exciting outdoor challenges. Ages 6 to 11 years old Registration closes Friday, July 17, at 12:00 PM

Invent, design, and engineer! This hands-on STEM week encourages creativity and problem-solving as campers bring their big ideas to life. Ages 6 to 11 years old Registration closes Friday, July 24, at 12:00 PM noon. 

Lights, camera, create! Campers will explore digital creativity by writing scripts, filming short videos, and designing their own media projects in a fun, age-appropriate way. Ages 6 to 11 years old Registration closes Friday, July 31 at 12:00 PM

Budding chefs will mix, measure, and master new recipes all week long! Campers will learn kitchen skills while creating sweet and savoury treats. Ages 6 to 11 years old Registration closes Friday, August 7 at 12:00 P.M.

Put on your lab coat — it’s time to experiment! This science-filled week is packed with hands-on experiments, chemical reactions, and engineering challenges. Ages 6 to 11 years old Registration closes Friday, August 14 at 12:00 P.M.

This program is open to both beginner and intermediate-level youth crocheters. Over 5 weeks, our experienced instructor will guide you as you complete your projects, ensuring you gain confidence with each stitch.

Beginner Volleyball Mondays | May 4 - June 22 *Omit May 18 (7 weeks) 5:00 - 6:30 PM | Ages 9 - 12 $145 Residents | $155 Non-residents Volleyball Alberta's GO Sport Atomic programs follow the curriculum set out in Volleyball Canada’s Atomic Volleyball Program. Atomic Volleyball is a 7-week program with adapted rules for youth ages 9-12 years. Each session is 1.5 hours, and every session is a combination of skills/technique practice and modified gameplay.  Atomic Volleyball is part of the Long-Term Athlete Development Model Stage 2 “Learning to Train” that stresses FUN, FAIRPLAY, and PARTICIPATION by increasing the number of ball contacts. The program will take place outdoors on a grass court and will run rain or shine. In the event of poor weather, we will move indoors for skill development work. Please ensure that you are dressed appropriately for the weather. Knee pads are welcome but not required. Please ensure you bring a water bottle. Registration closes Wednesday, April 29, at 4:00 P.M.

Let's get MOVING! Join Puddle of Mud Productions in a fabulous 6 weeks of fun and movement! Classes will be movement-based with a focus on creativity, getting active, and having fun. This class is appropriate for all levels! Please dress for the weather as this class is outdoors, sunscreen, hats, layers, and sunglasses are encouraged!

Weather Policy: Classes run rain or shine and will only be cancelled due to lightning. If Air Quality reaches 7-10, activities are scaled back, more rest and water breaks will be taken, and low activity games may be offered. In the event of excessive rain and wind, classes will move indoors.
