Beginner Volleyball Mondays | May 4 - June 22 *Omit May 18 (7 weeks) 5:00 - 6:30 PM | Ages 9 - 12 $145 Residents | $155 Non-residents Volleyball Alberta's GO Sport Atomic programs follow the curriculum set out in Volleyball Canada’s Atomic Volleyball Program. Atomic Volleyball is a 7-week program with adapted rules for youth ages 9-12 years. Each session is 1.5 hours, and every session is a combination of skills/technique practice and modified gameplay.  Atomic Volleyball is part of the Long-Term Athlete Development Model Stage 2 “Learning to Train” that stresses FUN, FAIRPLAY, and PARTICIPATION by increasing the number of ball contacts. The program will take place outdoors on a grass court and will run rain or shine. In the event of poor weather, we will move indoors for skill development work. Please ensure that you are dressed appropriately for the weather. Knee pads are welcome but not required. Please ensure you bring a water bottle. Registration closes Wednesday, April 29, at 4:00 P.M.

We have dance classes for everyone! All of our dance classes are beginner-friendly and are designed to help children learn to express themselves and gain confidence through dance.

Little Ballerinas (ages 3-4) | 5:00 - 5:30 PM

Family Flow: Adult Vinyasa + Little Yogis (Ages 4–6) Thursdays | February 26 - March 26 5:15 - 6:00 P.M. $150 Resident Rate | $165 Non-residents (for BOTH programs)

Make yoga a family affair! Family Flow is a unique 2-for-1 yoga experience designed especially for families with young children. While adults unwind in a Vinyasa yoga class, little ones enjoy their own Little Yogis session happening at the same time, in the same space, just on opposite sides of the wall in our Hawthorn banquet room.

This Thursday evening program runs from February 26 to March 26, 5:15 – 6:00 PM, making it easy for both parents and kids to build healthy movement, mindfulness, and routine together without needing childcare or juggling schedules.

• A calming and energizing Adult Vinyasa Yoga class

• A playful, movement-based Little Yogis class for children ages 4–6

• Classes are running simultaneously, so families can practice side-by-side

• One registration covers both programs

This class develops body awareness, language, good listening skills, cooperation, and powers of observation. It teaches children about nature, their environment, and inspires their imaginations. This class balances quiet and active poses with game playing, singing, storytelling, simple breath meditations, and rest. Our yoga classes will build towards developing a strong yoga vocabulary. Calling all secret agents! Campers will train like real spies as they complete missions, crack codes, and test their stealth skills. This action-packed week blends teamwork, problem-solving, and high-energy challenges. Early-Bird Resident-Only Registration is in effect until April 1. A fan-favourite returns! This week combines hands-on baking with exciting building challenges. Campers will measure, mix, construct, and create as they explore both the kitchen and engineering-style projects. Ready, set, play! This high-energy week is perfect for active campers who love friendly competition and team games. Each day features new sports, skill drills, and exciting challenges. Young artists will explore a variety of creative mediums while building their artistic confidence. From painting to mixed media, campers will experiment, design, and showcase their work at the end of the week.
