Code of Conduct: The Orchards residents Association is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space while recognizing the diversity of our staff, residents and all patrons of our facility. We aim to create a space where all individuals are treated with dignity, can contribute fully, and have equal opportunities. We strive to be a place where we promote a culture that values consent and encourages all employees and patrons to work together to ensure the ORA is a safer space for everyone.

Our Policy: We will treat one another with politeness and respect at all times and, if we are subjected to or witness bullying and harassment, we will speak out knowing that our voices will be heard and we will be taken seriously. 

We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination towards staff, contractors and patrons due to their race, religious beliefs, gender, gender identity, gender expression, physical or mental disability, age, ancestry, place of origin, marital status, source of income, family status, or sexual orientation.
