UpBeat Lift + Pilates combines the best of both worlds into one energizing, full-body workout! Start with 30 minutes of UpBeat Lift, featuring strength supersets, progressive overload, and drop-set endurance training designed to build muscle and push you to new levels, all set to choreographed popular music. Then transition into 30 minutes of UpBeat Pilates, a high-energy, core-focused mat workout that blends traditional Pilates elements with upbeat tunes for a consistent, full-body burn that leaves no muscle behind.
This dynamic, music-driven class is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and leave you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• 3 sets of weights (3lbs, 5lbs, & 8lbs recommended)
• Water bottle
